When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, city and, if you choose to share it, what you're most interested in. When you send a partnership enquiry, we collect your business name, contact person, email, phone number, city, business type and any details you choose to add about your business.

We also collect standard technical information that your browser sends when you visit the site, such as your device and browser type, used to keep the site secure and working well.

We use the information you give us to:

• Reserve your place on the waitlist and contact you about the launch of Somewhere.
• Send you updates about Somewhere, only where you have agreed to receive them.
• Respond to partnership enquiries and discuss working together.
• Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Your information is stored securely on our hosted backend. Access to waitlist and enquiry data is restricted to authorised members of the Somewhere team, and the data is not publicly readable. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing updates at any point. To do any of these, contact us through the details on our contact page and we will respond promptly.
